Dana Marineau is the Chief Marketing Officer for Rakuten Rewards. In her first year at the newly rebranded company (it was previously eBates), she's committed her tenure to changing consumer shopping behavior.
The task is a large one: make Rakuten the very first thing consumers think about when they shop for what they love.
